Stone kadaai is a natural eco-friendly vanali. There is no chemical added while making this kadaai. As it is chemically inert, the food which is cooked in stone kadaai brings outstanding taste.
We can cook all kinds of food like curries, sambar, rasam. This stone kadaai entirely handmade. It is crafted by the sculptors who are involved in the manufacturing company. So the mentioned dimensions may be approx but assure mentioned volume.

Steps before using:
Add one spoon of turmeric powder with castor oil or any oil. Apply the mixture into the surface of the utensil and keep it for 24 hrs.
Need rice gruel or Rice starch water or rice flour mixed liquid, and this content will be called a mixture.
On the second day, heat the mixer, put it in a vessel until the neck and keep it for 24 hours.
On the third day, repeat the second-day procedure with the same mixture or fresh mixer.
The same procedure repeated for the next three days.
On 7th Day, If the rice kanji on the surface has remained nonstick, then the vessel is ready for usage.
Maintenance:
We can place the Stoneware in the usual Gas burner.
Once the vessel heated up, keep the gas in low flame.
Stone chatti can wash in the regular washing method using the scrub.
