Why you should use Stoneware:
When using stone kitchenware, heat is evenly observed that helps to retain the healthy anti-oxidants of the food. It resists the deterioration of stored food.
While using stone cookware, the observed heat is steadily dispersed into the utensil then it uniformly transferred into the food. In this way, nutrients of the food are preserved meanwhile we are destructing these nutrients while cooking in modern cooking utensils.
Like stone pots observe heat quickly, it can also retain the heat for a long time even after you turn off the gas. This avoid the need of additional heating.
You can keep the food in the same stoneware for a long time as the retention of the Anti-Oxidant level is high. With that said, No more worries about stuffing the food in your freezer.
