  • Dried lemongrass
  • Honey / sugar

Preparation

1. Take a cup of boiled water
2. Add a few blue butterfly pea flower petals and dried lemongrass into the water and let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Now add honey or sugar to this herbal concoction for taste and then serve it hot before meals.

Ingredients : 

  • 3 cups of water
